How do I scan a product QR code to earn points?

Tap the "Scan Product QR" link in the sidebar or click "Scan Product QR Code" on the homepage. Grant camera permissions, and align the product barcode or QR label in the viewfinder. Your points will credit instantly.

Why did my scan fail with a "Duplicate Scan" error?

This means the unique QR code on the packaging has already been claimed in our database. If you believe this is an error, please open a dispute ticket directly from the scan screen or contact support.

What is the points multiplier, and how do I increase it?

Your multiplier increases by maintaining a daily active streak. Post your work photos to the community feed or scan a code to increase your multiplier up to 1.5x.

How do I transfer points to my UPI or bank account?

Go to the "Redeem Rewards" page in the sidebar. Select your preferred payout method (UPI or Direct Bank), enter your details, specify the amount of points to redeem, and confirm. Payouts are processed instantly.

Is there a minimum points limit to request cash redemptions?

Yes, the minimum redemption limit is 100 points, which equals ₹100. There are no fees or processing charges.

What is the "Brand Verified" badge on my profile?

It is a badge indicating that a manufacturing partner has verified your trade skills. You can earn badges by completing training courses and successfully passing quizzes in the Brand Infocenters.

How do I add portfolio projects or certifications?

Click "My Profile" in the sidebar, tap "Edit Profile", and switch to the "Experience", "Certificates", or "Portfolio" tab to showcase your field work.
